When you place an order with us, you are agreeing to our services that are subject to these terms and conditions.

Our order process allows you to check any errors before you process your order with us, when digital products are purchased due to their very nature, no refunds can be provided. Our services are carefully written and that all details are correct at the time of purchase. You will only have to pay for our services when you have accepted the order. We accept payments by stripe debit and a credit card or PayPal. All payments are made in GB pounds sterling, please use a currency converter on the day of purchase. Our prices include VAT unless quoted otherwise. Aqua Sensory Limited is limited to the total fee payable by you for the course materials.

Subscription & Payment Plans 

Bath Babies is a UNIQUE course in the parent and baby wellbeing space. Students in training are invited to learn whilst their earn on a trainee certificate on our payment plans. Once their last payment has been made a full certificate of practice will be issued. Each payment is made automatically on the same day each month, it is the onus is on the Bath Babies Teacher in training to ensure their are sufficient funds in the account. Any change of bank details must be given 14 days before the next payment. Failure to pay will result in action to redeem funds in full. All monies owed on the payment plans must be made, even when the training has not be completed. Failure to pay will result in legal action to redeem funds.

The Aqua Sensory 3 in 1 Program can be brought on subscription/payment plan to assist Aqua Sensory Professionals. Each payment is made automatically on the same day each month, it is the onus is on the professional to ensure their are sufficient funds in the account. Any change of bank details must be given 14 days before the next payment. Failure to pay will result in action to redeem funds in full. All monies owed on the payment plans must be made, even when the course has not be completed. Failure to pay will result in legal action to redeem funds.

All intellectual property rights in or arising out of or in connection with the services you have been provided with will be owned by us. You may not sub-license our services to any other party, without written consent. Whilst you are welcome to download our materials for your own personal use, you may not copy, reproduce, translate, redistribute, transmit, adapt, alter, recreate, record as audio without our prior written consent.

You will have the right to cancel your live course if we have this in writing 14 days before the course date commences. Please email in writing to info@aquasensory.com

Whilst we always take reasonable care, skill and attention to deliver the course as outlined on our website, we are unable to guarantee and makes no representation or warranty that the information and materials made available will be suitable to the Participant’s particular needs. We also reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the content when necessary.

We reserve the right to cancel any live course and we will give you notice in writing at the time before the course is due to commence. An alternative date will be given or when this is not possible a refund will be sent to you.

The course tutor may take visual and/or recordings of the Participants during our live workshops and courses. Aqua Sensory Limited reserves the rights to use this for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not consent, please write to us before the course commences.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Contract to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Aqua Sensory Limited reserves the right to amend and update these terms and conditions from time to time to the current version published on this website.
