What do you feel when you are in water?
We are so special to be working in water, it is a natural multi-sensory medium with many powers.
Nothing can grow without water.
We cannot live without water.
Our brain waves will undulate to the wavelengths of the body of water we are in.
The colour BLUE vibrates at 588.86 Hz.
Recent studies into the use of blue light suggest that it may be useful in controlling inflammation; It also soothes, focuses, cools down, collects and structures energy, re-regulates hyperactive, inflammatory and derailing processes, brings serenity and clarity. (Google)
Our eyes react to colour and trigger an emotional charge.
Blue is peaceful, serene, cold, quiet, gentle.
We are more than 70% water. Our own water, like the tides of the sea, wants to expand and reunite with the body of water we might find ourselves in.
The smell of iodine and the taste of salt heal us when we are by the sea.
Water cleanses and washes away both dirt and what is no longer needed in us, leaving us with a feeling of purification.
Water is like a bouncy castle you can play and feel happy in.
Bubbles, splashes, flipper, wish-wash, slosh are all words you will have difficulty saying without a smile.
Mermaids, sea nymphs and Nemo all live in water.
In water, friendships run deep.
Water surrounds the body with “hydrostatic pressure” writes Wallace J. Nichols, author of the Blue Mind. It is the ultimate hug that soothes and calms.
In water, it is easier to stay in the present moment. When time stops we can feel happy, content and truly alive.
In water, you can be happy for no apparent reason.
The sound of waves, flowing water and gentle waterfalls connect us with feelings of flow within us.
Water helps connects our brain synapses, it connects us to ourselves and to others.
“Water remembers, water loves, water heals” Let’s get #waterhappy
